  • Swimwear without the original hygiene liner
  • Earrings and certain accessories due to hygiene reasons

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Photos of the packaging

After reviewing the issue, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Refund Processing

Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
